STUDI MIKROSTRUKTUR BETON RINGAN GEOPOLIMER DENGAN SCANNING ELECTRON MICROSCOPE (SEM) DAN X-RAY DIFFRACTION (XRD)

Beton ringan geopolimer merupakan salah satu beton yang ramah lingkungan karena proses pembuatannya memanfaatkan prekursor berasal dari alam dan/atau limbah seperti kaolin, abu terbang, dan pozzolan lainnya. ini juga termasuk jenis inovasi memadukan kelebihan geopolimer. Penelitian menggunakan material terdiri prekursor, larutan alkali aktivator, agregat halus, superplasticizer, foam dengan target berat ≤ 1500 kg/m3. Prekursor kaolin terbang persentase 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% terbang. Perbandingan Na2SiO3 NaOH 2,5:1 konsentrasi 12 M 14 M. aktivator sebesar 0,5. halus 2. Untuk memproduksi digunakan perbandingan foaming agent air 1:40 presentase 50% volume campuran. Perawatan benda uji dilakukan selama 24 jam pada suhu oven 60°C. Hasil pengujian kuat tekan menunjukkan bahwa campuran BRG-0%-14M menghasilkan paling optimum 19,20 MPa 1481,12 SEM XRD peningkatan 0% pori-pori sangat kecil matriks lebih padat (C-S-H) dihasilkannya struktur amorf, akan tetapi adanya semakin besar kurang (C-H) amorf. Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan mikrostruktur jauh baik.
